Anyway, they served us tea before the session and gently explained the whole experience to my frantic mama. The therapist brought us to wash up before the waxing session.
A test patch was first done to ascertain our pain tolerance level. My therapist Eve was very gentle with me, she kept asking if it was painful, too hot etc and made sure everything was done according to my comfort level.
