This is a Womanly Wednesdays – Beauty and hiaoness entry under my themed blogposts! For more info about this Singapore Lifestyle Blog themed posts, do read the entry here.
Every year during Christmas and CNY, I would pamper myself by getting my nails and hair done. This year it’s no exception.
However it seems that I went the opposite direction as compared to 2014! Last year I lightened my hair considerably! Played with reds and even went blonde! This year, I actually did not visit Caely for the first 16 weeks of my pregnancy. I visited her much later and even then, I told her not to touch my roots.
I went from this.
Aside from darkening my hair, she also gave me a hair treatment as my hair was pretty frizzy and dry! I had tried the Shu Uemura’s Master Ceremony treatment previously and was a huge fan! It is an unique customisable professional treatment using precious natural ingredients for maximum effect! The Master Ceremony treatment offers a shiatsu-inspired massage and treatments that help harmonises scalp and hair revealing healthier hair.
A darker do with bangs!
Which I can also sweep to the side, if I want!

For my nails, last year I went all shunu-ish!
This year, I wanted something cutesy! And the good old Milly’s manicurists always never fail to deliver!
From reindeer to Santa Claus to brick walls, snowflakes and Christmas Trees. This year’s nails are extremely eye-catching!
Super duper adorable! Milly’s is also introducing the Miracle Mink Single lashes which are extremely comfy! Though not as drama mama as the cluster lashes, it is extremely comfy and you won’t even notice that it’s there!
Go try it soon! Both single and cluster lashes are great! Depends on your needs. I usually go for the cluster lashes when I go overseas or for a more elaborate special occasion while I’ll use the single lashes (usually go for the natural 8mm) for work days!
Visit Milly’s at the following outlets to get your nails and lashes done! Remember to quote ‘nadnut‘ to enjoy special perks!
