I was having a migraine for the last 2 days and I was whining mentioning about it to both Ching Chong Boy and Jerrick. Both of them asked if it was because my period is coming/i’m having my period. And here I was thinking that I was having these migraines because I haven’t had Coke Light for the past few days. No caffeine = migraine mah? Right? Nope. I’m wrong. Zzz..
Turns out they were right.
Cause Aunt Red has just arrived! Her flight got delayed for the past few days due to turbulence in the air but she’s all safe and sound now. I’m feeling good because I feel less bloated! And I found out that’s because our bodies are burning carbs better on the first day of the cycle which explains why I’m so hungryyyy today!
I think it’s a good time to work-out! A good work-out will help reduce the cramps (and boy, do I get them bad!) and since we’re burning carbs better, you might as well go to the gym!
Since I have such a good appetite today, I’ll most probably be bringing Ching Chong Boy to a nice buffet place to celebrate his birthday. Hopefully he isn’t reading this! Else it’ll definitely spoil his surprise. :p
For me, personally I dislike the cramps because I get reallllly bad ones but one thing I like about my period is there’s less bloatedness and my healthy appetite.
