I have to admit, I haven't been going for Personal Training much. My schedule and my personal trainer Qarah's schedule seems to be conflicting with each other.
Ever since I signed up in late June, I've only finished a paltry 11 sessions. Oops. I have been busy with work and my wedding preparations that I've neglected running too.
I run maybe once a week, coupled with 2-3 PT sessions a month and yet, I managed to lose 1.1kg of FATS. My fat % dropped by 1.9% and I lost 1.7kg since I started!
Qarah, my personal trainer mentioned that my progress was good despite going rather irregularly. She has been dispensing very valuable tips and boy does she grill my ass hard when I go for PT. (which should stand for personal torture and not personal training). I like that she varies my workouts. On some days, it's all about the abs and core training and others, it's circuit training. Most importantly, I have fun exercising and while it's tiring at times, I FEEL THE BURN! And yes, I see the results.
I have another 12 sessions to go and I hope I have more outstanding results to show you guys soon! I will also be sharing some info on some of the slimming sessions that Phillip Wain has thrown in for me.
If you are looking for a personal trainer, I highly recommend Qarah. She's fantastic. Unfortunately, she's a bit shy but I hope to be able to post up her pics soon.
AND PROGRESS REPORT: I HAVE LOST 12 KG! I'M BACK TO MY 2005 WEIGHT BABY!
I still feel pudgy especially on my arms, hoping to tone it up more! Look out for more updates soon 😉
