My birthday staycation at Village Katong Hotel

The c(hubby) and I have a tradition. We always celebrate our birthdays with Singapore Staycations. Even though we’ve been married for like 2 years now, we still continue the tradition.

This time for my birthday, the hubby planned the staycation at Village Katong Hotel! But before that, I got a very cute carebears bouquet!

We got a bit lost going to the hotel but it was all good in the end!

The foyer was spacious and it was a comfy place to hang out at. Our friend KM popped by and we entertained him there.

The bed was extremely comfy however I found it weird that the bathtub is located outside? Is this normal? Maybe iSuaku. The decor was gorgeous! I would love such a decor for my future place!

I love that the fridge came well stocked with drinks! Thumbs up!

Once again, another look at the decor! One of the most beautiful staycations ever!

We are a fan of club lounge facilities and I was thrilled to find out that he had specifically booked a room with these facilities! They had juices, chips, cookies, soft drinks and coffee. Quite well stocked!

We went back to the Club Lounge for drinks. My birthday was less than a month before the wedding, so it was really a nice time for us to take some time off and relax as a couple.

Side note: I love my agnes b bangle from Jem! Thanks dear!

Overall, we had such a great time at Village Katong Hotel. Seriously! This isn’t a sponsored review! He paid for the whole staycation and I really enjoyed myself thoroughly 🙂 Couldn’t bear to check out! For reference, our room was the Premier Peranakan Club Room. Currently they have a promotion which I find extremely value for money! Thinking of booking for our anniversary!

There is also an hourly shuttle transfer from the hotel to Big Splash (and back) hourly from 9.20am to 10.20pm so that means… You can also visit Updog Studio for yoga!
