The kind folks at Icon and Days Hotel invited Ching Chong Boy and myself to Days Hotel to enjoy a good meal at 21 on Rajah and also to enjoy a staycation.
Days Hotel is conveniently located at Balestier area which is well known for the stretch of great food especially their supper fare. I think the location is really fantastic! It’s near town and there’s plenty of food nearby!
The 14-storey Days Hotel Singapore at Zhongshan Park has facilities like the restaurant 21 on Rajah, a gym, TV and WIFI. We had a lovely experience checking in as the staff made sure to check our every needs. They were very thorough and also checked with us if there was anything else we needed.
For this entry, I will focus on the Staycation in Days Hotel and will touch on the food tasting session at 21 on Rajah in another entry.
The room was rather simple, fuss-free. I do admit, I was rather pampered by bathtubs in some of the other staycations I’ve had and was mildly disappointed however the location made up for it.
I love the brightly decorated room and it’s simple amenities. The bed was comfortable and the room was definitely clean.
We enjoyed breakfast at their restaurant 21 on Rajah which served a simple but yet delish fare. Service was topnotch. If you are looking for a good night stay at a great location, I would highly recommend Days Hotel. On a side note, this Singapore Staycations Blog has been really very tardy in writing reviews. I have yet to blog about the boy’s birthday staycation and our ROM Staycation. Oops.
