The kind folks from Photogenie sponsored a photobook for me recently! Since I had the casual photoshoot with KS at Crowne Plaza recently, I decided to take up Photogenie’s offer and print it out!
Photogenie is a Singapore based company that allows one to customise your photo book using a simple software. They will print and deliver it to your doorstep. Everything can be done online without requiring you to take a step out of the comfort of your home. Photogenie is a wholly owned subsidiary of KHL Printing Co. Pte. Ltd. – one of Southeast Asia’s largest and most established printing companies since 1978.
I first visited their website to download the Photogenie software!
To be honest, downloading the software took a while but I soon realised it was because it came with awesome themes!
You could choose themes such Baby, Travel, Wedding, Family etc! Needless to say, I chose wedding heh!
All you’ll have to do is choose your product size, cover type and binding, add in photos (like what you can see in the picture above, my pics are in the left column) and have lots of fun!
As you can see in the screenshot above, there are various collages that you can play with! I placed a simple pic on the left and had a collage of 9 boxes on the right!
We played with backgrounds and masks too! This is the c(hubby)’s doing! He was happily playing with the software, muahahahhaa! Shiok! First time see him so enthu! We did a few photobooks in the past but he refused to help out! This one, he did like 90% of it!
His favourite mode: Masks and backgrounds! In a blink of an eye, we completed all 30 pages! So gian to add more pages!
We saved the file and proceeded to order!
We then uploaded the order, made payment and proceeded!
I soon received a #happyparcelday!
I love how much care they placed in packing the photobook, They used shrink wrap, tracing paper, corrugated box to ensure that the product is delivered safely and in perfect condition to their customers!

My fav. theme for now is Wedding. I would like to have a photobook as I did not have any outdoor photo shoot for my wedding 10yrs ago as we were trying to save money for the wedding being young and not earning much. This yr Dec will be our 10th wedding anniversary and we have asked a friend to do a outdoor photo shoot for us as a form of celebration so the photobook would make the most wonderful present for my hubby.

Hi Nadnut! My favorite theme is Create Your Own Style!nnMy anniversary with the boyfriend is coming and I would like to have this photo-book to keep precious memories of us. This photo-book can document our past year together. 1 year may not be long but it has been a very very blissful and happy 1 year with him and should there be a day where we get into huge arguments or anything, I would want to take this photo book out and look back at all the happy times, to relive the loving days and to remind both of us how much love there is and how precious our relationship is and always will be.

My favourite theme would be Family..nnThese days, people no longer develop pictures and manually place them in photo albums anymore since practically everything is digital now! Gone were the days where my parents would take pictures of my siblings/me/us as a family, print them, and place them in photo albums anymore.. There is no hard copy, only pictures kept in hardisks, thumbdrives or our desktops. nnWould like to have a photobook mainly because I think Photogenie is a perfect solution for us to have a hard copy photo album that can be created digitally! Moreover, we can create fanciful designs with a click of the mouse and it seems easy to do! I believe my parents will be happy to see a photo album again as it will be definitely a good relive of precious memories in time to come 🙂

It’s gonna be a casual shoot filled with fun and laughter with natural and candid poses. My favourite theme is Wedding!nnI would like to have a photobook on all the candid shots and all the memories captured of my fiance and myself throughout the 5 years we are together. As we are tying our knot this coming December, it will be a new phase of our lives as married couple. But we also want to remember the days we had together while we were dating, all the birthday celebrations, surprises and random dates to always remind ourselves the reason why we chose each other. I’m still schooling so my husband is the sole breadwinner of our little family (2 human and 2 doggies). Hi Nadia! nnI loved how your photobook turned out 🙂 For me, my favourite theme would be ‘travel’. I just recently returned home after spending a year on a study abroad program! I had a very amazing time in the UK and also I managed to travel quite a bit!
