i was a girl on a mission on saturday. a mission to shop. to enjoy the great singapore sale. and yet… i can’t! saw many pretty things but but but… i keep on thinking of $$$$$. tiger’s nagging advice to me to save money has sinked in to me. i have been brainwashed! yikes!
i MUST shop the next time around! i need working clothes! argh.
am so craving for a shopping trip to one of the following destinations: bangkok/hongkong/taiwan. anyone interested?
planning for my 2 weeks holiday…. which is coming real sooooooon…
- apply for leave – done!
- purchase airtickets – done!
- purchase travel insurance – done!
- exchange money
- apply for visa
- borrow ‘draggable’ suitcase
- borrow winterwear
- borrow/buy bigger memory stick
- purchase travel sickness & sinus medicine
- apply for autoroaming (should i?) or buy prepaid card
- arrange date with online friend to meet there – done!
- pack clothes
- pay whatever bills i have (mobile, transport, internet)
- handover workstuff to boss
there are so many things to be done and the most pressing one of all is to exchange money when the time is right. once the rate falls, off i go to mustafa centre, which i have never been there before. anyone wanna go with me? 😛
so exciting! i will be meeting up with a net friend there! my first overseas online meeting experience! 🙂
how much would u suggest i bring for 2 weeks of travel? budget travel! hmmmm. so many things to be done! and my pathetic memory card definitely won’t last there. hmmmm.

Budget how much you need to change or you may end up with excess AUD that you will need to change back to SGD (unless you give all the rest to Tiger). Remember, when you change back, you loogi a second time. So make sure you figure out how much is enough.
IMHO, better to be a little bit short (not enough can take from Tiger mah).

8. um, bring thumbdrive there. offload your pics at his place ;p got PC + card reader enough.
10. if you’re under SingTel, apply for Pay-As-You-Roam (or was it the other way round? bah). Free service, only charges when you use it.
