A few months ago, Skai and I were invited for a dinner tasting at Jamie's Italian at Forum, Orchard Road. We've heard so much about Jamie Oliver's restaurant but this was actually our first time in one of them.

[Invited Event]

The kind folks from myVillage invited Carrie and myself for a lovely girls day out. Silly Fidelis was supposed to join but she fell sick. Get well soon babe!

Some of the things we did were:

1. Embrace our inner Kaninahaseyo Annyeonghaseyo

Together with Keith and Kenneth, we tried the 4 different flavours of chix wings by Yogiyo. After trying the spicy Korean Fire Noodle previously, this was practically a walk in the park for me.

Am taking a break from all of the food reviews and decided to share some photos instead. Food reviews to resume next week!

As some of you guys may know, I'm a huge fan of rainbows. Well, to be exact, anything colourful. Especially rainbows.

So while paktoring with Skai aka c(hubby) recently, we visited MEDZ which has had quite a number of bloggers raving over it's rainbow cake.

So we decided to try it.

It's definitely a very pretty, instagramable cake. But tastewise, I guess one thing good is that it's not dry? But I still prefer my richer cakes.

That being said, I will still return to MEDZ for their Rainbow Cakes. Happy pretty food makes me happy! Do you know of any places with beautiful rainbow cakes in Singapore?

Do share! I'll love to check it out!

My BBF (Best Booby Friend) Fidelis and I have been talking about baking, cooking and doing some diy stuff together for ages! We went for the Chocolate Masterclass recently but the last time we had a session was the tragic baking incident during Easter like 3 years ago? On a side note, Fidel and I will be neighbours in future! Well, not the next block or something but we'll be fellow Punggolians! (yes, I'm calling people who stay in Punggol that. :p)

We finally managed to fix a date and I visited Fidel's place to make lollipops! We used the recipe from Sprinkle Bakes but we adapted it as we didn't use flowers.
