Last recipe to share! For those who were wondering, I was not paid to share these posts, the hubby and I was just invited to experience the Master Class. :p

I will be sharing the recipe for Deep Fried Potato with Mozzarella Cheese where both the hubby and I helped to prepare.

Ingredients:

- 200g Perfect Italiano Mozzarella Grated Cheese
- 400g potatoes
- 50g corn starch
- 50g chopped onion
- 5g cinnamon
- 5g ground black pepper
- 5g curry powder
- 2 eggs
- 4 garlic cloves
- 30g minced lemongrass
- 20g minced shallots
- 300g Japanese breadcrumbs (panko)
- Lemon zest
- Oil to fry

Shred potatoes in food processor and place in strainer. Sprinkle with salt and drain for 15 mins. Chef Lino has kindly prepared the potatoes for us 😀

The Ching Chong Hubby and I hit our 4 years anniversary last month! As our anniversary was in the middle of the week, we decided to celebrate it a tad belated during the weekend instead!

He treated us to a staycation at Amara Hotel. (A proper Staycation post will be up!) Although the hotel wasn't the best, it was afterall quite affordable.

Since he treated us to a staycation, it was my job to settle dinner!

I had wanted to go to The Line but as I haven't been there for years, I decided to seek the advice of my friends. Turns out The Line's quality had deteriorated so bad! Thankfully we didn't go there.

Wanted to book Royal Scott's The Carousel buffet, fully booked. -_-"

In the end, we decided to go Todai. (Which we visted umpteenth times before. Turns out we visited Todai for our 3rd year anniversary!)

Funnily enough, the quality of food must have improved tremendously! Or it could just be us hungry ghosts.

I must have accumulated lots of good karma in my past life to have gotten such a fab hubby. He's easy-going, supportive, sociable and loves to pamper me. Then again, it could just be the honeymoon period. He peeled all the snow crab for me! (Eh, disclaimer, i got peel for him at times too!)

My favourite cheese is Blue Cheese. IT'S DA BOMB. It's a pity Perfect Italiano does not have Blue Cheese. *pouts* But turns out their other cheese items were really yummy!
