The kind folks from Hotel Re! invited Skai aka c(hubby) and I to experience their Re!ally Really Fun Staycation promo.

Disclaimer: While this Staycation was sponsored, I was not expected to review the hotel.

Skai and I were no strangers to Hotel Re! We visited Hotel Re! on a couple of occasions. I visited Hote Re for a blogger event sometime back with the #MysteryMakan girls, Skai and I took a look at Hotel Re! and considered as one of our venues for our wedding dinner aka #nadskai1314. Last CNY, we also visited their bar to chill out with his cousins.

We had a smooth check in and was shown to our room, an Executive Room. For the Staycation promotion, guests would be checked into a Deluxe Room. To enjoy the same benefits as I did, the Executive room would require an additional top up of $50++ for the upgrade.

The room came with a comfy bed, tv and a small wardrobe area.

Instead of the disposable bedroom slippers, Hotel Re! provided slippers for us to use within their hotel.

I was surprised to see a bathtub considering that Hotel Re! was a boutique hotel. It was actually considered a rather spacious bathroom!

Hotel Re! also provided drinking water and complimentary usage of their Nespresso machine with capsules provided.

Happy us with the room! Did you see the design behind? The room is Elvis Presley inspired!

Hotel Re is actually a Modern Retro Boutique Hotel. This is me hamming it up with the design behind.

Honestly speaking, while the hotel may not have facilities like Club Lounge, I think that the hotel was comfortable and satisfying for us.

We were also pleasantly surprised to find discount vouchers.

Love their funky lifts!

We trooped down to Re!Fill, their restaurant to utilise our 50% voucher. Disclaimer: meals were paid on our own and wasn’t sponsored.

We ordered the lobster horfun which was extremely delicious. It was huge enough for us to share. Very very very tasty!

Being the typical Singaporeans we were, we headed to Re!Wine, their bar to utilise our other 50% voucher. Disclaimer: drinks were paid on our own and wasn’t sponsored.

Skai ordered a beer while I ordered a glass of wine.

Drinks were reasonably priced. Bar is pretty quiet honestly but the music was good. Took the opportunity to sing aloud to the songs since we weren’t gonna disturb anybody! (yours truly is almost tone deaf HAHHA)

After finishing our drinks, we made full use of the complimentary rental of Dvds.

We could only manage to watch New Year’s Eve and Valentine’s Day before concussing. I blame the comfy bed!

The Re!Ally Fun Staycation promo offered the option to swop our Breakfast to Brunch instead. Needless to say, we swop to that so that we could sleep in.

We had the pleasure of Chef William joining us for Brunch.

Skai chose Jean’s Classic Breakfast which featured the full range of English breakfast items like the golden hash browns, chicken sausage, baked beans, toasted chef’s choice bread and crispy turkey bacon with sautéed portobello mushroom and cherry tomatoes at the side.

I could’t decide on my choice so Chef William made a mini version of Cherie’s Slipper Lobster Croissant and Daphne’s Egg-citing Benedict.

Cherie’s Slipper Lobster Croissant consisted of a croissant generously filled with a mix of grilled slipper lobster tossed with chopping celery, chive, tomato in Japanese dressing and tobiko and accompanied by truffle fries. The mini version of Daphne’s Egg-citing Benedict consisted of a poached egg resting on toasted English muffin base with a sweet fruit salad.

We enjoyed a serving of mint ice-cream accompanied with fruits.

At $158++, we really think that Hotel Re!’s Re!ally Fun Staycation was a good Singapore Staycation Promotion. Really affordable!

However, we’ll recommend that one drive if you’re heading to the hotel. But of course, there are  shuttle buses, but if you’re lugging luggage along, a car would be more convenient. If you’re driving, you’ll be pleased to know that Hotel Re! provides complimentary parking.
