Honestly speaking, it was mainly Ching Chong Boy who chosen the Singapore Flyer as our wedding venue as he felt it was different from the usual beach, hotels solemnisations.
We chose the Eternal Devotion Package after much discussion with Malcolm and Ruby, our sales coordinators for the ROM. Not only does it come with a room at Ritz Carlton (which is located nearby), premium canapes and more extravagant decoration.
The Ritzy Elegance Package’s decoration was a bit too simple for us so we upgraded to a customised theme.
Poor Denis (From Denis Flower Shop) had to deal with us. Both Ching Chong Boy and I knew what we DID NOT want but didn’t know exactly what we wanted š” He had to ask us 1000 and 1 questions and try to visualise what we wanted. š” He’s really creative too!
As you can see from the sketch, I think he did a good job! I just wanted my colours reflected in the decorations š Definitely recommending him if you require any wedding decorations. I think his pricing is rather competitive and he replies really fast! We had some wedding vendors that were a nightmare to work with. Some don’t bother for at least two weeks etc. Bah. Denis is an angel compared to them!
We’re pretty excited to see the decorations in real life. Look out for our next webisode!
