Despite learning the Korean language for a short while, I can’t read the words. I can pronounce it but I won’t know what it means. So… during our trip to Korea, I was pretty lost.

After the lovely day at LotteWorld, we were absolutely starving! We looked for food nearby our hotel and stumbled into this late night place. Their menus were in Korean and we anyhowly pointed at two dishes.

While waiting, I whacked the kimchi dishes (this isn’t kimchi kimchi but it’s kinda the same :p). I love Korea! I love the fact that the appetisers are free-flow! Super value for money :p

The dishes were then served.

It arrived piping hot, which were perfect for a cold night. We dumped our rice into the soup and gobbled it up hungrily.

The problem is.. we didn’t know what we were eating and the owners couldn’t speak english at all.

Does anyone recognise this dish? In anycase, the rice in dubious stew was super delicious! But still now, we don’t know what we ate. This is a real Mystery Makan. LOL.
