Life and Fun Yours truly...

Hello Auntiedom!

Hitting 29! 28 was a great year for me! I looked back at my 28 bday post and it seems that I wasn’t really looking forward to being 28. Looking back, it was silly of me to worry so much!

As per my yearly tradition, it’s time to summarise my life into one post to see where I’ve failed and where I’ve succeeded.

Studies: Nada. Last year didn’t do anything. Signed up for Korean lessons this year with Kingmeng!

Work: Am gonna hit my 2 years next week! Last year was great 🙂 It’s rare to be able to find good workmates who can click with you so well, and they’ve become almost family 🙂

Family: Same old, same old. All good.

Love: I AM MARRIED. wow. Huge change. We had our ROM on 10.11.12 at the Singapore Flyer and now we’re planning for our banquet on 01.03.14!

Health: Super huge change. I dropped 12kg! I can’t decide which is a bigger change for me. Dropping that weight or me getting married. LOL. Lost more than 20% of my initial weight. Am hoping to lose a teeny weeny bit more and tone up! most importantly, to maintain! Wonder how long I can low carb!

Friends: Am happy with my current group of friends 🙂

Blogging: Am happy to secure a hair sponsor – Shunji Matsuo 313. Looking at more radical hairstyles!

Turning 28 was great! I embarked on a much healthier lifestyle, I got married to the love of my life, I got promoted and I love my job. Will continue staying positive 🙂

Thanks to everyone and anyone who has wished me a very happy birthday. As mentioned every year: birthdays just symbolises another year closer to the grave (to me). So love like you have never loved before, eat like you have never eaten before, live life like every day is your last.

Much love,
nadnut
