NOTD: The scallop nails
Thursday, May 3rd, 2012
I organised a retro-themed Mystery Makan dinner with the girls and wanted to get my nails done retro-ishly! (Yes, I know that there is no such word.)
Went to my favourite sponsor Milly’s with the design in mind and they nailed it. (Pun intended)
Here’s my scallop nails!

I LOVE IT! Thanks Milly’s! Am always satisfied with their services!
Here’s a sneak peek of my outfit that day…

Will be blogging about that makan session and outfit soon!

Outfit of the day: Trying to look like a lady.

Ching Chong Boy brought me to Todai at Marina Bay Sands for our 3 years anniversary dinner.

I paired an offshoulder dress with pink flats, a pearl collar and my Kate Spade diaper bag.

Love the cute baby pink kitten flats I’ve gotten online.

Dress: Online shop
Collar: BFF helped me order it!

The kind folks at Flirtydolly.livejournal.com sent over 3 lovely outfits for me suitable for all occasions.
The first one was the Halter Mesh Heartshape dress which I wore to dear Clara’s hen’s night!

The dress is extremely flattering for me. It showed off the right curves and isn’t too revealing like a tube dress!
Outfit of the day: Back in Black

I seem to be wearing black dresses recently. Wore this dress to the Mystery Makan session organised by Fidelis not too long ago.

I actually have this dress in both beige and black. It’s a bit too short for my liking (I prefer longer skirts), but it’s really comfy! Love the sleeves, airy and pretty cute with the poofs. Paired it with a pair of beige heels. Was contemplating wearing socks with it, like the current jap trend, like how Cheeserland pairs her shoes, but thought my trotters loved even more massive in them.

While I kept the dress very simple with minimal accessories, I accessorised my hair with a huge black bling ribbon hairtie from Daiso.

Outfit breakdown:
Dress: Previously sponsored by the now defunct TheBlogShop
Heels: Online shop
Earrings: Random shop in Century Square
Necklace: Random shop in Cineleisure
Hairtie: Daiso

Outfit of the day: The birthday “suit”.
Saturday, February 18th, 2012
Well, i wasn’t dressed in a suit suit but I wanted to call this outfit the birthday suit as it was after all my birthday. So there.
I knew the boy was going to bring me to an extremely delish dinner and I dressed the part.

I wore a loose fitting dress at the tum tums area and accessorized accordingly. I stuck to mainly black and red items, very simple and nothing too outstanding.

I paired the off shoulder dress with my favourite pair of black wedges, a white collar (recent purchase in Taiwan!), good old Tiffany and Co bracelet, my FCUK watch and simple silver earrings.
A closer look at the collar…
Outfit of the day: The mermaid dress that I wore for #NAPBAS!

You’ve all seen the nails I had on for the Nuffnang Asia Pacific Blog Awards, now here’s the dress! I am hesitant in sharing where to buy the dress as the shop stocks a crazy amount of gorgeous dresses which is suitable for glam events!

The dress is extremely body-hugging. It’s in a gorgeous shade of blue, a halter neck with black gemstones.

I did consider the option of wearing a bra with this dress but the effect was rather… OTT.
Errr, pics below.
Outfit of the day: The “Pom-pom” outfit.

I absolutely adore this outfit. Mainly because of the top/dress. I wore it as a top but I guess, if I was daring enough, I could wear it as a short dress with some leggings!
I love how the top flares and I gotta admit that I twirled around bimbotically at home a few times in this outfit.

I hardly dress in such colours. But I thought it was a nice change from my cheery colours.

Belt: from TheBlogShop
Jeggings: from Bkk
