We’ve spent more than 7 years with this grouchy looking kitty who has a shoe fetish and it’s so hard to let go.
I really miss you so much Baby Boy. Rest in peace my love.

Majolica Majorca: Introducing Chapter 33 Lash King
Wednesday, January 25th, 2012
I signed on as a Majolica Majorca Blog Ambassador for the 4th year!
When I first received the Press Invites for the press event of Majolica Majorca Chapter 33 Lash King, I was really amused and intrigued by it.

As someone who loves gambling (for fun) and poker, I was all-in (GEDDIT?! GEDDIT?) for the event!

Bite-sized reviews #3
Sunday, January 15th, 2012
Here’s the third edition of bite-sized reviews!
The kind folks at RoC had passed me both their Soleil Protection+ (sunblock) and the Keops (deodorant).

Sunblock is extremely important. As we grow older, we tend to have age spots, freckles and skin ages extremely fast. I use sunblock everyday without fail. I tried the RoC’s sunblock and felt that it isn’t sticky (I have a pet peeve for uber sticky products), no strong smells and doesn’t leave any residue. I like it!

KEOPS is a deodorant that boasts to last for 24 hours and is both fragrance and alcohol free. Personally I kinda prefer deodorants with fragrance but I guess fragrance free would be better for my skin?

My mum and I have been a huge fan of the ROC Extra Comfort Cleansing Water. Well, to be exact, my mum has been a huge fan and I have been just stealing her stuff to use
It’s good for light makeup or just simple cleansing in my opinion but definitely not for heavy duty makeup.
For heavier makeup, I would recommend using the Cleansing Express Makeup Remover instead.

Here’s the giftpack I received at one of their events. I used the makeup remover and it’s fantastic! Even removed my stubborn Majolica Majorca mascara! My three favourite eye makeup removers would be: ZA’s Cleansing Oil, Loreal’s Eye and Lip makeup remover and Cleansing Express.
The kind folks at Grayling and Boots had sent over some lovely sweet smelling Boots products.

I have yet to try the Body Wash and Shower Gel but I’ve tried out the lovely Boots Amazon Forest Mango & Babassu Body Butter.

This extremely rich body butter smells heavenly and is extremely nourishing for my skin. I suffer from dry skin and I find that it’s fantastic for me. Super moisturising. Highly recommended!

Outfit of the day: The mermaid dress that I wore for #NAPBAS!
Thursday, January 12th, 2012
You’ve all seen the nails I had on for the Nuffnang Asia Pacific Blog Awards, now here’s the dress! I am hesitant in sharing where to buy the dress as the shop stocks a crazy amount of gorgeous dresses which is suitable for glam events!

The dress is extremely body-hugging. It’s in a gorgeous shade of blue, a halter neck with black gemstones.

I did consider the option of wearing a bra with this dress but the effect was rather… OTT.
Errr, pics below.
NOTD: The “bling-bling” nails.
Monday, January 9th, 2012
As some of you guys may know, I went for the Nuffnang Asia Pacific Blog Awards (known as NAPBAS) in KL last year. It was my first blog awards with Nuffnang and I spared no expense in dressing up for it.
I’ll talk about the dress in another post. I went to my nails sponsor Millys to get my nails done. Because I had short nails and I didn’t wanted to do extensions, there were very limited designs that I could do.
I discussed with Yen, my manicurist and we agreed to do a nice deep red (I keep going back to red nails. hurhur) with blings on a finger on each hand.
And here’s the final look!

I LOVE IT!!! I felt that it was classy and the bling really stood out! The fiance even accused me of having the bling to show off my engagement ring. iNeber!

I love the bling so much that I’m thinking that for my actual wedding day, I’ll have all bling! With a link pink base. Don’t think I would go for a simple french manicure. What do you guys think?
If you love my manicure as much as I do and am looking for fab red nails for CNY, you should totally check out Milly’s. Go go go!
